PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

• If you are new to the clinic and booking for the first time, you will need to book an ‘Initial Consultation/Examination’ before you can book a treatment.

• During peak times new patients may be contacted by phone to secure their booking with an advanced payment in full for their ‘Initial Consultation’ which is refundable up to the close of business the day before the appointment is due (see below*).

• Online appointments will be confirmed at standard prices. If you are on a pre-paid price plan, please inform reception on attendance.

• Please await confirmation of your booking via e-mail.

• During office hours we suggest that new patients arrive 10 minutes early to complete clinic registration documents.

• A £20 cancellation fee will apply to all appointments cancelled on the same day or not attended. You can cancel your appointment at any time up to the close of business the day before your appointment, either online, by email at ChiroCare@live.co.uk or by calling us on 01270 332 332, during office hours.

• Please be aware that whilst we endeavour to see all patients within 20 minutes of their allotted time, as a busy, primary care pain clinic, occasionally appointments can run behind schedule. Please help us by attending on time and be understanding if the patient before you has taken a little longer to be seen.
